Meredith & I went for a ride around town today. I was sporting the new used ten speed we found at the Goodwill down on Steves Blvd. Can you believe you can find a vintage bike for $15 bucks anymore?
Anyway, we made our way down to Bicamundo, with me spouting bike observances the whole way. The brakes didn't work. The angle made my shoulder blades hurt.Really. have you been on a ten speed before? It works the upper body.
Anyway, Elsen, the Bicamundo man said he could build new handlebars for me for 25 bucks. Deal. Nice exchange, and a sunny day had by all.
