If you eat meat, know your animal. Taylor and I spent a long and meaningful day watching goats turn to food. I am in awe, and was impressed by how much the folks at Wildroots know about using the whole animal. T & T are warm, open people with a vast amount of information!
We spent 4 hours rubbing the hide clean of fat and membrane. I felt like I had earned my hide. Lovely hide. Respect to the alpine. Its weird how we watch such graphic images on the  ole tv screen, but shutter at the thought of the process from farm to table.
