Stinging nettle growing strong on the springtime roadside. I've put up a few line to dry nettle and plantain on. Both of these medicinal herbs grow wild all over our land. Nettle is a top provider of calcium and helps with allergies and arthritis. Some people flog themselves with the stuff to lessen joint pain.
The Red Heart began as an old school zine following the adventures of Ms. Shealy. Ms. Shealy finally joined the modern world in 2006, with her online contribution of the same name.
