Peaches & fresh bread, it's true.

I have officially gotten over my yeast bread making fears. I have made bread twice before today. They first time I was in highschool and used one of my moms hippie recipes, where you have to bake the loaves in coffee cans. The bread multiplied like fishes and was as hard and dense as a scone without the flavor of one.

The time after that Mom walked me through bread baking, we were up until 2 waiting for that damn loaf to bake. Today went pretty well, though it was a simple recipe. The best part is when it forst comes out of the oven and you get to eat the buttery jammy
goodness while it is still steamy.
