This week we learned how much workit is to put food up. I cut up small baking apples to dehydrate while Shannon chopped her home grown peppers, to discover that you really need to wear gloves when doing this.
We pickled green tomatos, beans and cukes. I was whooped, shannons hands were on fire till the middle of the night. Miss Anna was great with the math, and we made a great team. Thank you Heather for bringing Harvey to visit with us. I love his smiles. Heather, we have five jars of beans for you.
