We will be canning beets starting next week at the Red Rooster Cafe in Old Town Cottonwood. I love canning, and certainly need to preserve food for
the adobe abode lifestyle. We never have any produce left over after market, so I am going to harvest an extra 30 bunches I do believe!
Red Heart BEETS!
Pickled beets means I don't need to use a pressure cooker, which would be dandy, but less diverse.
