The Farm Journal

Amy Moore, her daughter and me went out to Wayne Ufflemans' to pick up some red rock laying hens the other day. Let me tell you, that Wayne Uffleman puts the A in fArm.
He grinds his own grits, sells eggs by the hundreds, maybe thousands, and even dabbles in tobacco with thoughts of cigars on his mind.

I think it would be funny to grow tobacco, now that everyone has stopped. I think about growing a little to make me some boutique cigars. A little something for celebration. The crops came up, the barn got mucked, the baby got born, we love you.
