At Eliphante

John mashes prickly pear with a rock for a chocolate drink he made with blue cornmeal. The drink turned to pudding mighty fast. I was charmed. John is part of a group staying at Eliphante working towards restoring the buildings with hopes of adding to the environment.
They are currently working on a waddle and dob sweat lodge. They have work parties Sunday and Tuesday..the gates are open to anyone willing to help out for an hour.
