fall is coming. i woke up with the autumn creaky hopeful romantic feeling. maybe some of that is because i forgot to stretch after an hour on that eplitical machine and stationary bike. as i have mentioned before i like the silly gym machines. maybe it is the going nowhere fast part that i can relate to.
at least i am not hung over today. which is a big step this month.
annie greenewalt and i are living parallel lives. its so fun to discover this, and i hope my readers have a parallel life experience to compare to.
