The Farm Journal

I've got a half mast loom in the studio and a head full of ideas.
Everybody in town is broke except a few, a few overwelmed "angels" or the new devourous jackels in diamonds and boots.
Mid winter duldrums, perhaps only burnt out by strong moonshine or dance.

Just don't listen to me if I try to talk to you about throwing myself on the mercy of the country of Kenya. That would be a deathwish even if I am feeling somber over some of my poor behaviors towards Baker Shoemacher.

But then again, maybe it is time for a part of me to die. That part.

The part that goes to flambouant discos in the dead of winter, the part of me that sneaks off to tanning beds for no sane reason, the part of me that drinks a bottle of wine and sings karoake in redneck bars while houla hooping. That part that says no to surrender. That part could be using her force for good.

Hey pal, does this mean no more hula hoops in your life?

I don't know, I am going to a wild costume party Saturday night, so I might end up hula hooping!
